This policy sets out the cancellation and refund terms for bookings made through our website.<\/p><p>Cancellations by the Customer<\/p><p>&#8211; Cancellation up to 7 days before departure: full refund without any charge.<\/p><p>&#8211; Cancellation from 6 to 3 days before departure: 50% of the total amount is refunded.<\/p><p>&#8211; Cancellation less than 72 hours before departure or no-show: no refund.<\/p><p>Booking Changes<\/p><p>If you wish to change the date or type of cruise, please contact us as soon as possible.
